The Youth Work Institute supports the education, training, and professional development of adults who work with and on behalf of young people. It is a part of the University of Minnesota Extension. The Youth Work Institute offers an array of services to the youth serving community including organization consultation, technical assistance and customized training as well as public forums, ongoing classes, seminars and major symposia featuring nationally and internationally known researchers, practitioners and policy experts.

Over the past 10 years, the Library has grown to be one of the world’s largest well-organized collections of these types of resources.
