I was at a meeting this morning and the mayor shared that there is a FREE one day seminar coming up in May about bringing broadband to your community. I know some of you have talked about the possibility of making this happen, perhaps this is the networking you need.

    I think this will be a great session. I hope this won’t seem too self-serving but the Blandin Foundation maintains a blog on broadband geared towards community leaders.     This looks like a good conference - I look forward to seeing who all shows up. For those who are thinking about municipal broadband, I have recently published a report that looks at different options and the strengths/weaknesses of each.
